Overview: We're seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Lead to oversee our maintenance team in Gainesville, GA. In this role, you will ensure that our equipment and facilities operate efficiently. Your responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and managing a team to maintain optimal productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership
   • Supervise and lead the maintenance team.
   • Provide training and mentorship to team members.
   • Assign tasks and ensure their timely completion.
2. Maintenance Management
   • Plan and schedule routine and preventative maintenance.
   • Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
   • Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
3. Troubleshooting
   • Diagnose and repair equipment failures swiftly.
   • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
4. Process Improvement
   • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
   • Recommend new tools, equipment, or processes to enhance productivity.
5. Safety and Compliance
   • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
   • Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
   • Keep accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
