Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.46 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points at the location, verify credentials, process visitors and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to the facility, yard, and/or dock areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, trailer locations, and/or shipping and receiving zones, with working environments and conditions varying by site. Support daily operations by maintaining logs, observing camera activity when assigned, reporting unusual behavior or policy concerns, and following post orders related to access control and property movement. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
