How You’ll Partner With Others Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development. What It Takes To Succeed You have these minimum qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information. A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent. It Would Be Helpful If You Have Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role. Bachelor's degree.
