House Supervisor

Job Title: House Supervisor

Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

License: Required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required

Must-Have: Experience as a House Supervisor

Description: Manage staffing and bed assignments. Work with charge nurses to ensure smooth operations. Respond to patient complaints and staffing situations. Contact administration when indicated. Call in teams for procedures during off-hours. Experience as a house supervisor is mandatory. Weekend requirement includes every other weekend. Work holidays as part of the permanent staff rotation. Shifts provide coverage for the entire facility. The current electronic medical record system is Cerner. Additional patient management support is available 24/7.
