ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR

:
Responsible for entry of accounts payable invoices utilizing an electronic approval system before posting into accounting program. Accountable for verifying proper invoice approval and ensuring costs are posted in month of expense occurred. Must be reliable, detail oriented, quality driven, and computer savvy for high level of data entry. Have the ability to quickly learn and to effectively communicate with internal managers and external vendors to resolve issues. Primary back-up for the Front Desk.
REQUIREMENTS
- GED or H.S. diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Must pass drug screen criminal background check
