Hello from Kids First, We're offering a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible** candidates. Kids First is expanding - with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states - and we’re hiring BCBAs to join our team! We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA’s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA’s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services. At Kids First, we’re committed to supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters most - helping children and families thrive. What You’ll Do: Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3-18). Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes. Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development. Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices. Enjoy flexibility - most sessions take place after school hours , and the position is fully remote. Location Note: While the position offers remote flexibility, candidates MUST reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia Border. Candidate must be able to travel to Savannah once a month to see clients. The sign-on bonus applies to candidates who also possess a valid Medicaid ID and/or are bilingual speaking languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali.
