The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Registered Nurse to lead diabetes care education, coordinating and delivering patient- and family-centered training in line with ADA standards. You will provide self-management training, set realistic goals with patients, track progress, and document sessions in the EMR while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
