Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a bilingual Spanish Office Support / Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys a supportive office environment. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

  Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.

  Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Requirements:

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
