Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence? 11 East and The Carling, two premier luxury apartment communities located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an EPA-certified professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, leading a successful team, and maintaining beautiful luxury communities where residents are proud to call home.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for 11 East and The Carling.

Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team while promoting a positive, safety-focused work environment.

Ensure service requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.

Oversee apartment turns to ensure homes are move-in ready and meet luxury community standards.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and other building systems.

Troubleshoot maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.

Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community grounds, common areas, and amenities.

Manage inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and all applicable safety regulations.

Partner closely with the Property Director to achieve operational excellence and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous apartment maintenance leadership experience required.

Current EPA Certification is required.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general carpentry.

Proven leadership and team development experience.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position.

Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
