Chick-fil-A: Marketing/Catering Director

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Catering Director to lead the growth of our catering and outside-sales business across two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Naples.

This is more than a catering operations position. We are looking for a sales-minded leader and relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people, developing new business, and turning one-time customers into long-term partners.

The Catering Director will be responsible for developing relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, sports organizations, event planners, and other community partners while ensuring every catering experience reflects Chick-fil-A’s standards of hospitality and excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Catering Director, you will take ownership of growing our catering business by:

● Developing and executing a catering and outside-sales strategy for two restaurants.

● Proactively identifying and pursuing new catering customers.

● Conducting business-to-business outreach and visiting organizations throughout the Naples community.

● Building relationships with office managers, event planners, church leaders, healthcare organizations, and community partners.

● Developing recurring catering accounts and increasing repeat business.

● Following up with customers after catering orders and identifying future opportunities.

● Maintaining an active pipeline of prospective catering customers and opportunities.

● Creating monthly outside-sales and business-development plans.

● Partnering with our Marketing Director on seasonal campaigns, community outreach, and catering promotions.

● Coordinating with Operations to ensure large and complex catering orders are executed accurately and on time.

● Training and developing team members who can prepare, deliver, and execute catering orders with excellence.

● Tracking catering performance and using sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
