Position: ENT Physician Associate

Location: Bend, Oregon

Our organization is on the lookout for an ENT Physician Associate eager to join a flourishing practice within a secure, physician-led, multispecialty environment.

As part of the expansion of our ENT Team, we are in search of a skilled ENT APP to support our increasing patient base. This role will primarily involve assisting in a busy ENT practice, managing follow-up appointments, handling patient communications and prescriptions, and coordinating care in an outpatient setting.

We are the largest physician-led and professionally managed multispecialty group in Central Oregon, operating 11 locations across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. Our team comprises over 180 providers across 40 specialties, delivering care to more than 60,000 patients in the region. We have established ourselves as leaders in quality care in Oregon, boasting a 4.9-star rating on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and achieving a perfect Medicare Quality (MIPS) score from 2021 to 2023. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient appointments, including diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Managing patient messaging and in-basket communications.
  • Coordinating care and making referrals to related specialties.
  • Ordering diagnostic tests, reviewing imaging, and interpreting lab results.
