Sales Advisor – Ken Garff Toyota Cheyenne We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor who excels at building relationships and driving results in a fast‑paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Lead customers through their entire sales journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent, friendly follow‑up. Respond to and communicate with potential prospects generated from web, phone, and in‑store leads. Participate in regular training to deepen sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships. Easy‑going, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others. Persuasive with a strong drive for results. Tolerant of uncertainty. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent. Compensation and Benefits Competitive monthly base range of $3,000 – $10,000+ with a $10,000 guarantee for the first 90 days. 401(k) with company match.
