As a Driver Associate, you'll operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, navigate assigned routes efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service at every stop. Whether you're loading packages, managing deliveries, or working independently on the road, your dedication will directly contribute to our success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles such as box trucks and vans to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment like pallet jacks, ensuring safe lifting practices.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements during all route driving activities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and vehicle condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by delivering products promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries courteously.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices and ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
• Assist with warehouse operations when necessary, including moving inventory and operating material handling equipment.

• Previous experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly preferred.
• Warehouse experience, including manual handling and moving heavy loads, is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving or van driving is advantageous.
• Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations for commercial drivers.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift heavy (50LBS) items safely while following safe lifting practices; physical stamina for manual handling tasks required.
• Comfortable working with mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication.
