Location Carmel, IN (Hybrid, Tuesdays–Thursdays on-site and Monday/Friday remote) Summary Seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead a key Application Modernization initiative within the auto finance industry. The role involves owning and prioritizing the product backlog, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and translating business needs into technical solutions that improve operational systems and franchise experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of Agile product management experience, proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and recent experience integrating AI tools into workflows. Requirements 3‑5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience in an Agile environment Hands‑on experience with backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs for technical teams and executives Experience with AI tool adoption (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in day‑to‑day work Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and Excel proficiency Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, CS, or equivalent experience Responsibilities Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives Prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of value‑driven features Lead Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and engineering teams Absorb complex process and organizational information, translating it into clear guidance for teams Collaborate with QA and engineering to ensure quality and successful implementation of solutions Continuously evaluate product performance and incorporate feedback to refine roadmaps Benefits 3% annual bonus Two weeks PTO in the first year, increasing to three weeks in the second year, and approximately one month after three years Stable hours with a focus on work‑life balance Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, technology-focused organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Prestige Staffing
