Customer Service Rep I- Work Based Learning Dalton, Georgia, United States, 30721 PT CSR – Work-Based Learning This role is part of Mohawk Industries Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP) and is only open to qualifying students currently enrolled in a High School Work-Based Learning program. The WBLP with Mohawk is designed to allow students to learn, develop, and build onto their industry‑related skills within Commercial Customer Service while completing a High School curriculum. Your Role Enter sales orders and order changes including price quotations, preparation and follow‑up on purchase orders, and confirmation of shipment dates Respond to customer needs and demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of goals Manage 40‑80 calls from customers/sales a day Qualifications Rising High School Junior or Senior, at least 17 years old 11:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Basic computer skills Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
