Solutions Implementation Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support the rollout and adoption of digital health products, the part-time Solutions Implementation Specialist will manage partner onboarding, optimize integration strategies, and ensure successful technical implementation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of digital health data products and partner use cases to support solution scoping efforts Lead partner onboarding activities, including project plans, milestone tracking, and timeline management Coordinate technical onboarding workflows and assist with testing and validation activities to ensure successful integrations Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, project management, or related client-facing technical roles Experience optimizing onboarding workflows and integrating data-driven products into customer-facing experiences Basic technical understanding of B2B data products, integrations, and file exchange workflows Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate issue resolution across cross-functional teams
