-Provide exceptional and quality barbering services.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively conduct client consultations.
- Expert scissor experience is required for full scissor haircuts and scissor/clipper combination haircuts.
- Intermediate/Expert level skin fades are required.
- Intermediate/Expert level straight razor hot towel shaves required.
- Experience in camouflage and color but required. Educational courses provided.
- Experience in Keratin treatment but not required.
-Provide a clean working environment.
- Disinfect all clippers, scissors, combs and other instruments.
- Maintain a clean work station free of hair before and after each client.
-Provide Professional & Excellent Customer Service.
- Must have a pleasant work attitude with co workers and guests.
- Greet clients and offer beverages to clients.
- Consult client on desired hairstyles and provide profession hairstyle suggestions based on hair type and head shape.
- Communicate with client throughout the entire barber experience.
- Communicate and work well with co-workers to create an efficient work environment.
-Must be able to promote and sell retail products to clients.
