Clerical Support Associate Ford of Boerne – Service Department Pay: $16/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Rotational Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Position Summary The Clerical Support Associate plays a critical role in supporting the service department’s daily operations. This position ensures accuracy in recordkeeping, provides administrative support, and delivers a high-level guest experience. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Recordkeeping Scan, organize, and file all warranty and customer-pay repair orders from the previous day Maintain and organize service department archives Complete all service-related email follow-ups in a timely and professional manner Operations & Coordination Manage the service department shuttle schedule and logistics Check loaner vehicles in and out with proper documentation Maintain inventory of the service coffee station and break room Financial Responsibilities Manage daily cash drawer with accuracy Prepare and complete daily deposits Phone & Scheduling Support Assist with inbound calls as needed Support appointment scheduling and modifications Provide coverage for BDC agents during absences Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, document management) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Traits for Success Positive, team-oriented attitude Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with strong accountability Willingness to support multiple areas as business needs evolve #J-18808-Ljbffr Chevroletoffredericksburg
