Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred License: Current nursing license required Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Cat Scan and MRI experience preferred Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Radiology. The role involves performing multiple duties within the department. Candidates must be able to cover multiple sites as needed. Unit-based training will be provided to qualified candidates lacking specific experience. Evening and weekend shifts may be required as part of a modified rotation. Candidates should demonstrate strong foundational knowledge in adult acute care. They must possess critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms accurately. Successful candidates will be expected to complete a Basic Arrhythmia Exam. The exam requires independent interpretation of cardiac rhythms using EKG strips. A score of 80% is necessary to pass. Candidates should be prepared to float to other units as required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role. The position may involve managing a patient care load efficiently.
