Job Description:

SUMMARY

• We are seeking a Data Technical Program Manager with experience leading enterprise data initiatives within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360), data governance, and cross-functional program management.

This is an onsite role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Lead the TransUnion (TU)/Epsilon data integration workstream.
  • Manage enterprise data programs from planning through execution.
  • Develop tactical execution plans and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, architecture, and vendors.
  • Oversee data modeling, governance, quality, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation of data clean room capabilities.
  • Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Ensure successful delivery of customer data initiatives.
  • REQUIREMENTS

• • • • Experience as a Technical Program Manager or Data Program Manager.
      • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
      • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360).
      • Insurance industry experience (required).
      • Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, and enterprise data integrations.
      • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
      • Skills; -Project Management, Data governance/ Strategic Planning / Stakeholder communication/ Agile methodology/Data modeling/ Salesforce expertise.
