Our organization is currently on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join the Mercy Ear Nose and Throat - Tower West team in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our dedicated ENT group consists of three physicians, two audiologists, and a committed support staff, all focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work a Monday to Friday schedule

• Participate in minimal phone call duties

• Engage in Mercy On-Call services

• Utilize EPIC EHR for patient management

• Access on-site X-Ray and laboratory services
