You will be responsible for monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal well-being. You will need to effectively respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care. Collaboration with healthcare team members is essential. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Empathy and support for patients throughout the labor process is critical.
