This Director role offers the chance to lead a busy Emergency Department through growth, change, and performance improvement. You’ll oversee clinical care, staffing, education, and quality outcomes across a high-acuity ED and trauma environment. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this is a strategic and operational role with direct impact on patient experience, safety, and throughput. About the role: Full oversight of ED operations, including staffing, patient flow, and compliance Direct leadership of clinical and professional development teams Quality improvement initiatives focused on Press Ganey, CAHPS, and clinical outcomes Strategic planning, capacity management, and succession planning Readiness for trauma and emergency care accreditations Requirements: BSN required; Master’s degree preferred 3 years of progressive leadership experience, managing 8+ clinical FTEs.
