SUMMER HOURS 6:00AM - 3:30PM / WINTER HOURS 7AM - 4:30PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join the team. The Welder will perform welding and fabrication work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

How many years of experience do you have welding?

Responsibilities:

• Weld lighting fixtures securely to metal poles according to specifications.
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding as required.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and welding diagrams.
• Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience required.
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to weld lighting fixtures to poles and other metal components.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Resume and interview required prior to being hired.
