What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Callaway Resort & Gardens, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. - Answering inquiries about our amenities, events, and activities. - Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. - Providing information about our seasonal offerings and helping guests make the most of their visit. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
