As part of the Cyber Defense and Engineering team, you will lead large-scale engagements focused on operational technology network engineering, segmentation, and security transformation. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding them through complex challenges while driving innovative solutions that enhance security and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects in operational technology network engineering

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating complex security challenges

• Drive innovative solutions that enhance security measures and operational effectiveness

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders

• Guide exceptional teams to deliver impactful results

• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team

• Analyze and address security transformation needs for clients

• Maintain adherence to industry standards and guidelines in cybersecurity

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering

• At least 10 years of experience in OT/ICS environments

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Cybersecurity

• SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP

• CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA- ISA/IEC 62443 certifications

• Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE

• Proven experience leading large-scale network transformation or segmentation programs

• Leading large-scale OT security engagements

• Managing complex network segmentation and security transformations

• Building long-term client relationships

• Driving standardization of OT network design patterns

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
