Help coordinate technology initiatives while providing administration and support of data communication systems. Lead and execute changes that improve support and reliability for systems across a broad geographical area. Aid in developing and executing small to medium sized projects with high visibility. Receive training to provide advanced support and administration of a variety of specialized network systems. Apply standard principles, concepts, and techniques toward the identification and resolution of hardware problems. Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training. Create and maintain documentation detailing network design & configuration Suggest and support implementation of new ideas for improving network architecture, standards, and operations. Job requirements: Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly. Solution oriented with desire to learn new skills. In depth knowledge of the support needs within an enterprise environment. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. Able to move 50 lbs (with assistance if needed). Should be able to work a schedule that can include weekends and holidays. Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level, or desire to learn. Valid US driver’s license. The expected pay range is $63,431.73 - $85,359.15.
