Responsibilities Stocking and accurately maintaining Meat Room supplies. Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment. Assist management and coworkers in a courteous manner. Full knowledge of steak cuts being sold by Quincy’s and Western Sizzlin. Maintain meat cutting specs and knowledge of food cost savings. Accurately filling out Yield and Meat Cutter Reports. Complete side work duty roster. Delivering meat to Western Sizzlin Steak House. Required Skills & Aptitudes Must be able to read and follow directions & recipes. Must have math skills to complete par worksheets. Must be able to maintain & use a sharp knife. Personality Traits Friendly, courteous and patient.
