To learn more about Corporate Traveler please click HERE About The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth across two of the organization's most important markets: New York and the West region. As the Growth Marketing Specialist , you'll partner with regional leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional marketing experts to bring growth strategies to life and keep initiatives moving forward. You'll oversee execution across the full demand generation ecosystem, support market-specific growth initiatives, and help transform regional reporting through automation and data-driven insights. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, collaborate with senior leaders, and make a measurable impact on business performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own and support regional growth plans across New York, California, and the broader West region. Partner with Regional General Managers and Directors of Sales to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. Track progress across demand generation programs including ABM, campaigns, partnerships, referrals, organic growth, email marketing, and events. Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and help drive execution across cross-functional teams. Deliver leadership-ready performance updates and actionable business insights. Collaborate with Finance and Data/BI teams to improve automation and self-service reporting capabilities. Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Power BI. Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data and support reporting needs. Support campaign execution, event coordination, partnership initiatives, and referral programs as needed. Maintain regular communication with campaign, partnership, content, and event stakeholders. Create compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear business narratives. Present regional performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Represent regional growth initiatives in cross-functional meetings and discussions. Coordinate priorities across marketing, sales, finance, and data teams to ensure successful outcomes. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related disciplines. Experience managing projects and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and teams. Experience building or improving reporting processes, preferably in partnership with Finance, Data, or Analytics teams. Strong ability to drive accountability and influence outcomes without direct authority. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards. Hands‑on experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling. Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable recommendations. Experience creating reporting processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership audiences. Strong presentation development and storytelling skills. Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads Manager is preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results against timelines.
