SUNSHINE SCHOOLS IS HIRING: CENTER DIRECTOR

Sunshine Schools in New Bern is looking for an experienced Center Director who combines strong leadership with genuine care for children and staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team

• Oversee daily operations and enrollment

• Ensure licensing compliance

• Build a positive, accountable culture

• Manage budgets and staffing ratios

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's in ECE or equivalent

• 3+ years of leadership in childcare

• Knowledge of licensing regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Coachable mindset
