Heritage Insurance is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team as Junior Outside Sales Associates .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or advance their career in sales, business development, and insurance . You'll receive comprehensive training while gaining hands-on experience working directly with small and medium-sized business owners.

No extensive insurance sales experience is required. We'll provide the training, coaching, and professional development. You bring the drive, work ethic, and determination to succeed.

Our team works directly with businesses and their employees to provide insurance solutions that can complement existing coverage and provide additional financial protection.

As a Junior Outside Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in B2B sales, prospecting, client relationship management, presentations, and territory development .

You'll work within an assigned territory and connect directly with business owners and key decision-makers to identify opportunities and present supplemental insurance solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospect for new business opportunities within your assigned territory

• Conduct business-to-business cold calling and outreach

• Connect with small and medium-sized businesses

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers

• Learn and present supplemental insurance products and coverage options

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships

• Develop and manage your own book of business

• Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments

• Review existing client needs and identify additional opportunities

• Respond to client emails and phone calls professionally

• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training

• Manage your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager

• Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• $42,000–$72,000+ annual earning potential

• Candidates within 6 months of completing their degree may be considered

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may be considered if they have relevant or specialized outside sales experience

Schedule: 8-hour shifts
