Canopied by The Rotunda, Book Tower’s marble arched atrium, and a 100‑year‑old Kamper‑glass skylight, the design and service are inspired by the grand cafés and venerable hotel bars of early twentieth‑century Paris. Explore the concept: Position: Line Cook We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team at Le Suprême. Line Cook Responsibilities Execute and prepare dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and specific chef instructions, consistently delivering high‑quality and visually appealing plates. Expertly handle and cook a variety of ingredients, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and garnishes, ensuring the flavors and textures are harmoniously balanced. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including proper handling and storage of ingredients, equipment, and tools. Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate and time food preparation for smooth service during busy periods, ensuring orders are executed accurately and efficiently. Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and control food costs while maintaining consistent plate presentations. Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure the highest standards are met. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, temperature control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and culinary developments, constantly seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
