Automation Support Engineer

Job Description Key responsibilities for an Automation Support Engineer: Troubleshoot & Support Diagnose and repair PLC programs and electrical systems—both remotely and in the field Provide expert guidance to field techs and third-party contractors Field & Program Optimization Recommend and implement electrical design improvements Update and properly archive control programs for future use Customer & Case Management Respond to service requests within 2 hours Manage support cases from issue logging to resolution—communicating clearly throughout Parts, Warranty & Quality Support Coordinate work orders, warranty claims, and part replacements Verify dealer work and initiate internal quality cases to ensure long-term fixes Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and service teams Ensure safety standards and strong internal customer service are always maintained Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location. Location Candidates must be based in the United States, with a preference for those who can work out of one of our Superior facilities. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
