Clinical Psychologist

Overview LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide patient-centered mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse populations. Services are provided through a flexible mix of in-office and telehealth appointments. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, utilize electronic health records, and participate in case consultations to enhance outcomes. Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office sessions Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians on patient care Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality initiatives Uphold ethical, legal, and organizational standards of care Contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative, and empowering culture Qualifications Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR) Evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) Treatment planning and documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency Outcome measurement and reporting Ethical and legal standards in healthcare Interdisciplinary team collaboration Cultural competency in mental health Active state license as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Board certification in Clinical Psychology (preferred) Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
