Must beable to complete the following:

LawnMaintenance, Boarding, Lock Changes& Lock Boxes, Minor Repairs, MajorRepairs, Eviction Services, RoofRepair,Replacement & Tarps, Winterizations, PrepareBids & Reports, Inspections, Rehab (GC work if youhave license), Additional items asassigned.
