Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a full-time Home Health Aide for a unique hybrid position that combines hands-on caregiving with administrative office support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced caregiver who wants steady employment, meaningful work, and room to grow.

What You'll DoIn-Home Care

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.

• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and routines.

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Offer medication reminders and assistance with errands.

• Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.

• Observe changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns.

Office Support

• Help coordinate schedules and client services.

• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.

• Assist with documentation, records, and administrative tasks.

• Support phone calls, organization, and daily office operations.

• Help the team provide dependable, high-quality service.

Service Area

You may support clients throughout:

• Northbridge

• Uxbridge

• Upton

• Millville

• Blackstone

• Mendon

• Hopedale

• Milford

• Bellingham

• Medway

The office is located in Auburn, MA , and travel throughout the Tri-Valley service area may be required.
