Restaurant Leader Location: 13186 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907, United States Job Type: Full Time Base salary up to $75,000 annually plus monthly training incentive of $1,500*. Oversee compliance with company standards, policies, and laws. Hire, terminate, and manage status changes for management-level crew members, including payroll processing. Create crew member work and training schedules. Develop and manage performance of management-level crew members. Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant and managing cash handling. Monitor profit and loss statements, develop, and execute strategies in all areas of financial and operational performance. Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards. Utilize required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results. Assign crew members during a shift and ensure exemplary customer service. Utilize reward and recognition programs for crew members. Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, time-clock overrides). Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the restaurant. Achieve and maintain training restaurant status. Meet or exceed metrics in all crew member and operations performance categories. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing. Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to adapt to new systems. Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Professional public-facing demeanor, consistently representing Raising Cane’s policies and brand. 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience. Experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Valid driver’s license.
