We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Pest Control Technician to join our team. No prior experience is needed - we provide full training. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties.
• inspect properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Apply treatments safely and in accordance with company
• Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Operate company vehicle and equipment responsibly

Qualifications:

• No prior pest control experience required
• No prior lawn control experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid drivers license is required and clean driving record
