We are looking for a motivated and skilled Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our practice and contribute to our ongoing success.

We are seeking a full-time Dental Front Office professional with receptionist duties to serve as the friendly and efficient first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing front office operations in a dental setting, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is vital in maintaining smooth daily office operations, supporting both patient satisfaction and practice productivity.

Dental receptionist / admin

Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently

Schedule and confirm patient appointments with attention to detail

Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service

Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system

Process billing and payments, assisting with insurance claims follow-up as needed

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and office operations

Perform general receptionist duties including managing correspondence and office supplies

Uphold confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

Support other administrative tasks as assigned to contribute to office efficiency

full-time $25 - $35 per hour

Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM (4 days to qualify as full-time)

Proven experience in dental front office or related healthcare administrative roles preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in dental practice management software and standard office tools (experience with Dentrix or similar is a plus)

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Additional experience with dental insurance processing and patient billing preferred

Familiarity with dental practice software systems preferred
