Patient Recovery Nurse

Encompass Health seeks a Patient Recovery Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement patient-centered recovery plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals, and support safe mobility and ADL training. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, document progress, and uphold safety and quality standards.
