Alivo is seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their first 90 days of implementing Alivo, ensuring fast time-to-live and strong product adoption in a fast-paced environment. You will own kickoff through go-live, train users, and collaborate with product and support teams to resolve blockers, with emphasis on customer success and long-term retention.
