Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Chantilly, VA

ATC Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Day Program in Chantilly, VA. This is a community-based program designed to support individuals with disabilities and intensive behavioral needs. The program focuses on helping individuals:

• Build living skills
• Improve coping mechanisms
• Develop self-esteem and independence

These goals are achieved through a range of educational and therapeutic services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care services according to legal and professional standards.
• Supervise day program staff and ensure compliance with health protocols.
• Manage medication administration and ensure safety in handling medications.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid treatment.
• Assess individuals' health needs and create personalized healthcare strategies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective care.
• Oversee compliance with regulations and ensure staff is trained in medical protocols.

Shift Hours:

• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Time: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

• License: Current LPN license in Virginia (Required).
• Experience: Behavioral health or a similar field is preferred.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Required).
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected Hours: 24 per week
