Job Description The Salesforce Engineer builds and configures Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice capabilities under the direction of the Salesforce Lead Engineer, supporting client's contact-center and loan-servicing workflow modernization. Responsibilities include configuring and developing Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved by the Salesforce Lead Engineer, building and unit-testing Salesforce components supporting contact-center and loan-servicing use cases, supporting integration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake and legacy systems, participating in two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective, documenting configuration and supporting user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders, and assisting with release deployment and post-release support under the Lead Engineer's release management process.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred, experience with Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling experience a plus, and prior experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment. Government contracting experience with a professional services/consulting organization is a plus.
