The Director manages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.Availability: Monday-FridayPay: $105,000-$130,000/yrWhat will I do every day?Complete accurate and regular resident assessmentsDetermine the appropriate level of careMaintain all resident information, files, and reportsSupervise and administer all resident medicationsMaintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirementsCoordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providersManage Assisted Living budget and expensesForecast and schedule necessary levels of staffingConduct departmental planning and forecastingHire and train care team associatesManage and improve resident and family satisfactionWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Director-level care leadership roleBS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fieldsExperience in working with seniorsAbility to work weekends and/or nights and holidays as neededSpecial Requirements/Certifications:Active LPN license requiredCPR CertifiedFirst Aid CertifiedUniversal Precautions trainedWhat's in it for me?
