Manager of Statistical Programming

Natera seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead statistical programming deliverables for oncology diagnostic clinical trials. The role involves overseeing analysis datasets and regulatory submissions while potentially managing a team of programmers and developing R-based analytical tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead statistical programming deliverables including analysis datasets and regulatory tables/listings/figures with compliance oversight
- Manage statistical programmer team technical development while contributing hands-on programming work
- Serve as primary programming lead for regulatory submissions including 510(k), CTA/CDx, and PMA filings
- Develop and maintain R packages and Shiny dashboards for data review and study monitoring
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Biostatistics, Data Management, and Clinical Science teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years related experience with at least 3 years in clinical trial analysis
- 3+ years R programming experience including package development
- Proficiency in analysis dataset and TLF generation
- Experience with NGS, genetics, or oncology diagnostics preferred
- Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory standards
Compensation: $145,200–$181,500 USD base
