You'll be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathe machines to meet high-quality standards. Working with close tolerances, you'll ensure every part produced meets print specifications and reflects the craftsmanship Master Machining is known for. Your Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate various CNC lathe machines Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and production drawings Perform regular machine maintenance and tool adjustments Load and indicate parts to fixtures with precision Monitor tool wear, replace inserts, and adjust programs as needed Collaborate with your team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency What We're Looking For: 35 years of CNC lathe machining experience Proficient in G-code programming and machine setup Strong understanding of blueprint reading and measurement tools Ability to work within tight tolerances and maintain quality standards Excellent work ethic and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays as needed Experience handling both large and small components Ready to take your machining career to the next level?
