Housekeeper

The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the cleaning of each vacant apartment in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean the office, clubroom, and restrooms on a daily basis (prior to 9 a.m.).
• Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
• Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Community Director or Assistant Community Director.
• Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily by 10:00 a.m.
• Perform additional duties requested by the Community Director or Assistant Community Director.
• Inform management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.

Qualifications:

Must meet all requirements and be able to take direction. Is required to wear gloves as tasks dictate.

Work Hours: 20-40 hours per week, flexible work week. It may be necessary to work weekends. Weekly schedule may change as required.
