You will:Own the customer experience—consult, educate, and build trust while delivering solutions that meet customer needsDrive sales and profitability by presenting clear, value-based recommendations and pricingLead from the front—coach, train, and motivate technicians and advisors to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goalsOversee full vehicle inspections and build comprehensive repair plans using digital repair ordersManage workflow and productivity to maximize bay efficiency and cycle timeDevelop your team through hands-on leadership, accountability, and performance feedbackMaintain operational excellence—inventory control, shop organization, safety, and cleanlinessRun the store like it's your own—results matter, and so does how you get themYou may supervise up to 10 team members and will play a key role in developing future leaders within the organization.What We're Looking ForThis role is for leaders, not order-takers.
