Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes• 5 years of experience as Network administrator• Cisco Certified Network Associate• Cisco Certified Network Professionals• Network design experience – LAN, WAN and Wireless• Advanced understanding and experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and Topologyo WAN, LAN, Wireless, Firewall, Proxy Services, Routing and Switching, Application Load Balancing, WAN Acceleration, etco Understanding of OSI model. o Ability to perform packet capture and analysiso Understanding of common protocols (routing) – their functions, port nos., acronyms etc.o Understanding of private and Public IP addressingo Experience in Network monitoring tools, e.g. Netcool, Jolata, EMC Smarts, IPAM (e.g. Infoblox) etc…o Authentication and Encryption methods used in wireless in enterprise environments.o Experience in setting up wireless from a security perspective in a highly sensitive enterprise space• Strong communication skills required (oral and written)• Analytical and Communication skills • project and talent management• Experience with project managementQualificationsQualifications Basic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
