HR MANAGER

Job Overview INVICTA LINUX LIMITED is a forward-thinking technology company committed to innovation and excellence. We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and lead our Human Resources department. This is a full‑time position based in our office in Westwood, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain high‑calibre talent. Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues in a timely and professional manner. Support the company's growth by developing, engaging, and motivating our team. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain a competitive pay and benefits programme, ensuring it is current and compliant. Assess training needs to apply and monitor professional development programmes. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in accordance with UK employment law. Qualifications Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent people management skills and a results‑driven approach. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and familiarity with HR systems and databases. Strong leadership skills with the ability to architect strategy. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. The competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation. A degree in Human Resources or a related field. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
